Returns and Exchange Policy

Every piece in The First Unlock is a one-of-a-kind artisanal creation — individually crafted, not mass produced. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Each outfit is a singular piece, made from craft traditions that cannot be replicated at scale. Once an order leaves our hands, it cannot be restocked or resold.

We encourage you to review the size guide, the Grace Fabric promise, and reach out to us before ordering if you have any questions about fit.

Exchange for Store Credit

We accept exchanges for store credit only in the following circumstance: the item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing fault or shipping damage. In this case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage at alohomora.pvt.ltd@gmail.com. We will review and respond within 48 hours.

Grace Fabric — Our Size Promise

Every outfit is stitched with extra seam allowance built in — up to 2 inches of expandability at any seam. Any local tailor, anywhere in the world, can let out your outfit to ensure a perfect fit. This is our founding promise and our answer to size concerns. Learn more about Grace Fabric.

Custom Orders
